How long do crypto deposits take?
Crypto deposits are credited once they reach the required confirmations on-chain. Most networks take 1–10 minutes. Bitcoin typically takes longer (around 30 minutes). You can track the confirmation progress from the wallets page.
How fast are withdrawals?
Withdrawals are processed automatically within minutes during normal operation. Very large withdrawals or unusual patterns may trigger a manual review which can take up to 24 hours. Verified accounts with 2FA enabled skip most delays.
What are the trading fees?
Standard spot fees are 0.10% for both makers and takers. Higher volume tiers and active trader programs reduce this. Full schedule at /fees.
Why do I need KYC?
KYC (know-your-customer) verification is required by regulators in every jurisdiction we operate. Verified users get higher withdrawal limits, fiat on-ramp access, airdrop eligibility, and priority support. Takes under 10 minutes.
How do I enable 2FA?
Go to your profile → Security and follow the 2FA setup wizard. Scan the QR in Google Authenticator or Authy, save the recovery codes, and confirm with a fresh code. Takes 2 minutes.
Is staking safe?
Funds in staking stay in your exchange account — they aren't sent to a third-party validator. Rewards are paid from the staking pool on a fixed APY. Principal is returned automatically on maturity. See our staking products.
