These Terms govern your access to and use of AFGcoin Exchange.
By creating an account or using any service offered by AFGcoin Exchange ("AFGcoin", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all referenced policies, including our Privacy Policy and AML/KYC Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into binding contracts. You must not be a resident of a sanctioned country or appear on any sanctions list. We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict accounts, or require additional verification at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials, two-factor authentication devices, and recovery codes. AFGcoin Exchange is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
AFGcoin Exchange provides spot trading, swap services, deposits, withdrawals, staking, and related digital asset products. Service availability may vary by jurisdiction and is subject to applicable regulations. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice when required by law or operational necessity.
Trading, withdrawal, and conversion fees are published on our Fee Schedule page and may change at any time. By placing an order or initiating a withdrawal, you agree to the fees in effect at the time of execution.
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. Prices are volatile and may be affected by external factors beyond our control. You may lose part or all of your invested capital. Read our full Risk Disclosure before trading.
You may not use AFGcoin Exchange to engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, fraud, hacking, or any other illegal activity. Violations may result in account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, applicable law, or to protect the integrity of the platform. You may close your account at any time after settling any outstanding balances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFGcoin Exchange and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
